A Creative Way of Overcoming Depression

It uses the same materials or medium such as painting, crayons/oil, sculpting, photography, collaging, drawing, and any objects found in the surrounding. It might be intimidating to stare at a blank white canvass at first but once you let all your energy flow the results are amazing.

Drama Therapy
